As President of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, Mayor Diaz understands that cities around the nation are hurting?roads are cracked and potholed and city residents waste billions of hours every year gridlocked on congested highways. He knows first-hand that the time is now to consider public-private partnerships as a valuable tool for our ailing transportation system."
